Come to Chapecó, in Brazil, to work in a University, in Extension Projects!
The extension activities have the objective of improving the quality of community life. Offer opportunities for social and intellectual growth to an increasing number of people, providing better living conditions and contributing to the full experience of citizenship.
Where?
UNOCHAPECÓ University – Universidade Comunitária Regional de Chapecó. In the city of Chapecó, located in southern Brazil.
When?
In the second semester of 2011.
August, 1st to November 30th.
How does it work?
You will work in Extension Centers of UNOCHAPECÓ, with another trainee, and will create and develop work within the existing extension projects that aggregate knowledge of an international point of view.
That means, you will develop a project that impact in the university and in the community life.
The four Extension Core Centers:
1. Education
2. Human Rights
3. Technology
4. Work and Development
Also you will do trainings/presentations to the academic community of the Extension Center about career planning and the importance of developing projects for graduation.
You will organize a global village to all University students.
And finally you will realize a campaign and participate in workshops, with students, to encourage the realization ofexchange and language learning, sharing the experience you are living.
Free family host!
And a salary of 500,00 reais (approximately 280,00 dollars)!
